“I give this model of Orcatorch product 1 star. It's the perfect design for my application. Small and powerful with top notch physical build quality. However, the electronics are not good. I give 1 star for the fact it has a defective electronic package inside and doesn't work. 2 out of 2 failed. A 100% failure rate is not acceptable. I've purchased two different D560-GL laser pointers from two different distributors, dipndive and another. Both units failed. The first lasted about 8 months and second lasted about 10 seconds. I informed Orcatorch of my experiences. They said they are going to have thier R&D department look into the issue. They didn't ask for the defective units to be sent to them so I'm not sure how they will analyze the failures. I recommend if your looking for a lazer don't try this model. It's not worth it. I am out the money needed to ship two defective units back. This doesn't break the bank but is annoying. I am also still in need of a good pointer. Dipndive.com has been good through this. Quick reply to emails and a simple return and refund.”
