“I have only put one star because I couldn’t choose none. I ordered and paid for a bugaboo package in store. Was told that it would be delivered very soon. Car set and isofix came separate. After a lot of delivery dates pram did not come - had to arrange someone to be home each delivery date. Then Had to contact the store a lot to be told someone one raising a ticket each time and someone would call me back - no one ever called me back. I sent a complaint email to which there was a very poor reply. Company then had to replace the pram as it had been lost. Pram came. I still had no adaptors for attaching the car seat to the pram and had to contact them once again. Did not receive everything I ordered in the bundle I ordered which is no longer on the website it had all extra items in it - I don’t even have the energy to contact this company again after the appalling customer service. This is definitely not what you want when being so close to giving birth. A lot of hassle and chasing. Will not order again, would NOT recommend.”

“Customer service is absolutely shocking. They take ages to respond to emails - I wouldn’t call them as you definitely want things in writing from them!! I’ve been asking for a refund and they’re now completely ignoring my emails. I have to report them to trading standards now. Would never buy anything from them again.”

“Awful company and service. Ordered a product a month ago. Several emails confirming it was coming and when I chased up again today they admitted they didn’t have the product and didn’t know when they would. Felt like a scam where they were deliberately holding onto my money and not being honest and refunding me.”
