“Ordered weeks ago (18/11), product said in stock, still not recieved (4/12). Asked on facebook why, was eventually told its out of stock until Mid December. I asked why it said in stock and why I had a notification saying the product was on its way, no reply!”

Firstly, we would like to sincerely apologise for any inconvenience the delay in receiving your order may have caused you - this is certainly not the way we normally operate and we are doing everything we can to rectify this issue as soon as possible.
