“Issue was mainly with supplier but D4B poor at communication. Order placed and money paid 2nd March for Tutti Bambini nursing chair (child due end of June) last update of delay I had without chasing D4B 31st March. Since then I’ve had to constantly chase for updates. Have been given 4 different delivery dates and the chair has not arrived nor did I have communication. Managed to get hold of supplier directly through Instagram who now advise delivery should be week of 14th July. That’s too late and I don’t trust it to arrive so I’ve made complaint and requested a refund from D4B- let’s hope the refund comes through quicker than the delivery updates. Really disappointed whilst I understand that the delays aren’t D4B fault, the customer service could have been much better. Also I advice don’t buy any Tutti Bambini products as they’re clearly un-reliable!!”
