“I'm not reviewing the product as being poor but the fact that this website are advertising this product with the classic quilted hood when in fact they will send out the standard hood which is cheaper on other websites. I purposely paid a bit extra through this site so I could have the quilted hood and the response from customer service was unprofessional with emojis used in their response. And apparently they seen to think the standard hood is the more expensive option. We won't be ordered from this company who falsely advertise products again”
