“Love this gate! It seems really well made and was much easier to fit that the other one we have for the top of the stairs (which are too narrow for this one sadly). It’s really easy to open and close with one hand and the flat step is much better than having to remember to pick your feet up. Definitely recommend.”

“Good solid gate, easy to install and does the job. I Like the flat step at the bottom. The only down side is that the handle to open is a slide back and lift motion which is hard to do with one hand. I had a Lindam one before which was squeeze and lift and that was better. Maybe I will get used to it.”

“These safety gates are ideal. The locking handle is smooth and easy to operate one handed. The low step is much safer than a normal gate, especially at the top of the stairs. I think anyone complaining about the handle has probably over tightened the frame.”
