Initially we didn't have any problems with the installation on the car, all straightforward. The problems started when I plugged the ASIP attachment, got it in no problem, only for it to literally fall down 2 days after. You can see from the picture, the styrofoam was barely glued to the plastic and even so, if the glue was well stuck, this is not a very professional way of sticking things together, on the same subject, one time we had the seatbelts stuck and I had to start taking the cushions away only to find out a velcro strip stuck with a double-sided tape to a foam pad, now this would have been fine if the velcro was actually stuck to the pad, from the 2nd picture it can be seen that the velcro comes off in a single strip not split in half, again not the best finish for a £600+ chair. The final complaint and the worst one to be honest is the effort that is needed to buckle the seat belts and to pull the strap to make them snug, to put this into perspective, I need to roll the strap around my hand, move out of the car and pull vigorously while my wife keeps the straps neat to the child's body. I thought that this would be the price to pay for safety, but we never felt that our son was 100% secure in any journey we've made, finally, it's getting more and more difficult to pull the strap, to the point where my wife is not able to do it herself and I need to really almost sweat to get it to the needed point.
