I once thought this company is amazing until today. I have an order made at 2nd of November and it yet didn't arrive still. And the customer service who dealing with my order is not being really helpful either. I had to attended to my sister's baby shower without gifts and promised her she will get it soon anyway as the customer service guy promise their courier will delivery and contact me last Friday. I stayed at home all day long and waiting just worry in case I miss it but no one ring a bell nor any card left for me to contact. What disappointed and frustrated me is, turns out after I do so much effort and check with the guy almost every day just want to get the parcel which I paid for. Looks like the company assumed that is not their problem or responsibility, and even asked me to pay an extra fee if I want them to deliver my parcel again? I also work in retail and also deal with shipping for my personal clients if they required, that certainly is not my company's way of running a business. The company want to charge me extra fee just because they used the unprofessional and irresponsible shipping company and gave me parcel tracking number when the item appears rejected and back to the warehouse by DPD? Especially my partner is a freelancer who works from home, check mailbox and even more aware about this delivery everyday from past few weeks. And I have made the other order at 6th of November which arrived in 2 days with text notification. Even one item had missing but I got it next day after I contact the customer service. It made me really don't understand what is wrong and really unacceptable to be asked more fee for something which is not even my responsibility and problem. And please, you are a great company who served so many great products for parents who are excited and waiting for their babies. You are selling not just a products but dreams and joys for them. Could you please please don't make them suddenly in a living hell with stress and ridiculous requirement instead? I was just want to buy those items for my sister's baby which already made me struggling for the past few weeks. I can't imagine if there is sensitive mother-to-be who dealing with all this trouble. How suffering. You could at least use a more responsible courier I assume? At lease avoid this kind of situation: no card, no text, no email and not even tried to reach me after I provided my phone number two weeks ago and customers can't even know what happened and can't do anything to deal with it. I would like to give -2 stars but at least I got the other parcel, even I only ordered 4 items but 1 item missing but they sort it quick. So 1 star seems fair I supposed? And I never expected I will write any review online until today as the customer service also terrifies me, asked me to deal with by myself then asked me to pay extra then they can try to ship again but no guarantee? I never received this kind of service from other companies and it is extremely unacceptable in my retail company either. Thank you.

It was the delivery of my Mima travel system that was most disappointing. I was called Monday by the DPD driver saying I was having delivery and then it didn't arrive. The I was told Tuesday I had half of the delivery eventually on Wednesday and then half on Thursday which was stressful as was being delivered to my dads work and had to try and arrange on 4 different days to make sure he was there. I am happy with the travel system overall however the finish of the actual aluminium frame is not the best there are scratches and scuffs which I wouldn't expect from such a high brand. So overall not best pleased after reading such good reviews before ordering

We received the wrong item and had to sent it back. Which was easy to do and they wanted to send the correct item back. That never happened, I wrote to them a few times always nice reply but nothing ever got send to us. After hassling a few times I wanted my money back, which I got in a few days time. Therefore my overall verdict very poor. Not a reliable service at all.
