“Ordered a Egg carry cot in March paid express delivery to receive it quicker, emailed them a week after not receiving my parcel, to be told that it’s due to be dispatched in the next couple of days and I would receive it by the end of the week, that week went by and I’ve emailed them 3 times every other day and every email they reply is that it’s due to be dispatched in the next few days. Over 2 weeks and I’ve still not received my parcel and they are ignoring all my emails. Will never use this company again.”
