“I've given a two because what I did receive is nice. However, I have had quite a few emails back and forth because I am missing some adaptors and car seat adaptors. Twice now I have emailed about my bundle, only to be told there has been some 'confusion' and my bundle doesn't come with certain items I have said are missing. Luckily, I screenshot everything and have the original advert of my bundle which clearly states it does. So either customer service haven't actually looked at what I have ordered or they are trying to fob me off with missing pieces. As a pregnant woman, the added strain of constantly chasing a company for something that I have already paid for is very upsetting and stressful and in some emails (which I am happy to share) I don't even get an apology! I work as a manager in a luxury store and wouldn't dream of treating any customers in this manner”
