“The Rockit turned up in quite crumpled packaging, badly sellotaped back together. Rough ripped double sided tape held the plastic front in position , and there was a slight sticky patch of dirt on the Rockit. Clearly looked used. Once turned on it made a grinding whirring noise, I'm no detective but I'm guessing this has been a return and then sent back out to me. I have contacted the company and they have been kind of helpful, they will replace or refund the product, but our household is currently in lockdown and can't venture out to a post office send this back. Meanwhile we have a now 4 week old who loves a good cry and a properly working Rockit would be ideal right now.”
