Decent cot selection and good prices but the product pages aren’t the best, you need to read the description to make sure you know what’s included in your package as images are standard/same across all options and most product have 1 or 2 images. But I think the worst thing is the delivery times, my order was suppose to be delivered in 3-10 days but when in was contacted with a slot it was 21 days from the date of order. (I wouldn’t have ordered had I known it would take that long) can’t be bothered to change/cancel but would not be ordering again.

Great site let down massively by a lack of communication of a delayed order. A two week delay should be communicated rather than wait for a complaint to come in. Email response times are far too long. I could have ordered the same product on Amazon but prefer to try and use other, smaller companies when possible - I can see why Amazon are as big as they are, which is a crying shame. I hope this was a blip in service and not the norm.

No communication, then an email from currier saying delivery been cancelled, nothing from direct4 baby, tried to call them, got a recording and then they hang up. Dreadful service.

Ordering and delivery of my product was very straightforward, however I was sent the wrong product for my buggy. Upon realising this I contacted customer service and they asked me to return it. Unfortunately I don't have a printer to print the label, neither did I want to go to the post office for an error that wasn't my fault. I explained this to be told they would arrange a pick-up of the item but I would be charged £20 for this which I thought was an absolute joke. Again I emailed to say that this is their error so why should I pay for it. They finally agreed to arrange it at their cost but I'm still waiting for this to happen. No apology from them and I'm just being ignored. Poor customer service.

Appalling experience that has put my baby in an UNSAFE sleep situation!!!!! I ordered a cot and mattress a month and a half ago. The cot was delivered promptly enough but the mattress didn't turn up for a week or so so I contacted Direct4Baby who assured me it was "on its way"... this went on for a number of weeks and now 7 weeks later still nothing. During that time, my baby outgrew his bassinet so for the last 2 weeks he has not had a bed. With COVID it has been impossible to find a cot elsewhere (aside from the fact that we already spent all our money at Direct4Baby...) so my husband and I have been forced to bring our baby into our bed with us which is UNSAFE and also meaning none of us are sleeping properly. I finally got an offer from Direct 4 Baby on Friday to send us a replacement mattress (a different one to the one we ordered... 7 weeks late). We therefore decided this weekend that we would assemble the cot in preparation (the box had been sitting in our lounge as we waited for the mattress because we don't really have enough space to set it up and leave it empty in the nursery). On opening the box, we realised that half of the parts of the cot are missing. We are incredibly dissapointed by this appalling situation, the frankly sterile exchanges that we have had with customer service. We are in the process of requesting a refund but I wanted to warn others DO NOT BUY FROM DIRECT 4 BABY!!!!!
