“I ORDERED AN item which was out of stock but was able to order it without knowing, and yet still received part of the order. I had to email to ask for my missing product. I have been told I would get another option at a bundle at no extra cost to me but no one followed through. When I was finally contacted, I was told that I will either have to pay extra, get a refund or some other thing which was completely different to what I was first told. Today I can't even get a response from anyoneeeeee... This is mad.. I have departed with my money, I am being told different things and no one calls or responds to emails with any sort of care. And this isn't the first time someone have been able to order an item which is out of stock. Amazing!!!!!!!!!”

“Ordered rocking chair in February, nothing stating a delay in delivery until I contacted to be told April time, half way through April I had to chase again to be told May. I had to do the same in May to be told end of June. Order cancelled 3 weeks ago and no refund. Chased 3 time for an my refund and told they are waiting for the supplier - avoid this company and they don’t deserve to be trading - reported to trading standards!”
