“On arrival the packaging was open as if it was a previous returned item. I contacted the company regarding this and was told I’d receive a 10% refund in to my bank account. I did not think this a very acceptable offer, but I didn’t refuse it. No money has been paid back into my account and I’m now finding this even more disappointing than just having open packaging.”
