“Eyeball itself was fine. But delivery was dreadful. Promoted as "In stock" and immediate shipping but after waiting 2 weeks I phoned to check on progress. My order was still sitting somewhere and no action had been taken. My call prompted action and they shipped soon after. Had I not phoned i suspect my order would have remained un-fiilled.
Did they offer compensation by using express postage? Certainly not. The item did eventually arrive about a week after my wakeup call.”

I’m glad to hear the eyeball itself was exactly what you needed, but I’m genuinely sorry for the delay and frustration caused with delivery. While the item was listed as in stock at the time of ordering, it was unfortunately impacted by a supplier shutdown and subsequent order flow issues. This has affected many pool and spa suppliers across Australia and did impact the timing of your order.
You’re absolutely right that clearer communication would have made a difference. Had I been aware sooner, I would have been more than happy to offer express postage at the difference to help get the item to you faster. As a gesture of apology, I have also refunded 50% of your shipping cost.
