Original rep gave apologies for website error and explained the process required to fit the light; however, still unable to use it as it was incompatible.
Days later I spoke with Brooke who was very helpful and advised me to return the product. She also emailed a return label and apologised for the inconvenience. Brooke had excellent people skills and I commend her efforts.”
“Aquaquip Retro light was purchased to replace a faulty Sunline LED light. Wiring and fitment was simple and I now have a working light again! The only negative is the Retro light is smaller diameter to the Sunline, so the original backing plate in the pool is visible. It would have been good to have known the diameter of the Retro light to check this before placing the order”
