“The ladder itself is very good and works well. I was less than happy about the shopping experience though. The ladder took a long time to arrive despite chasing direct pool supplies several times for an update. Also, the ladder came without the required dynabolts which meant I had to run around to try and find them by the time the installers arrived. Suboptimal to say the least. If they had at least advised that I would need to purchase the dynabolts separately, I could have at least been prepared. Even the size of the dynabolts was a mystery and took several phone calls to S.R.Smith to find out the dimensions required. Very poor”
