customer service ? i placed my order online, I went to pick it up a couple of days later only to be told it had not come in yet. I waited a couple weeks and rang to see what was happening only to be told we sent you an email to say it was ready for collection if you didn't receive it check your junk box, I did and there was NO correspondence at all from Direct Pools”
