“This is my second jump. The first one still works but has gotten pretty dirty from 5-6 years of use. If anything the new one is even better. I've noticed, so far that the tank appears to have a better finish than my first one. Nothing is sticking so it come clean when I tap it out and then brush it. I would also recommend to anyone that buys one to get a 10 penny nail as the head of the nail is the prefect size for tamping down your herb. Certainly better that the one that comes with the Jump.”

A customer service rep essentially told me that they won't refund my money and I have to get a replacement from the manufacturer. I don't want to replace something that f*cling burned me.
