“Sent two emails, one Friday and another on Monday. It's Tuesday and still no reply. Pen was defective. Will not heat up. Waiting to hear from company to correct the issue.”
“This is a followup review regarding my Atmos Jump that died shortly after buying. Looks like the review I posted initially got taken down because it was the sole 1 star review. I got the Jump back on Christmas 2018 and it died just over a month later. There's a green light that lets you know it's on and charged and you push that to activate it. Well, the green light just died one day so I put up the review. Discountvapepen reached out with info on how to register and activate the warranty with Atmos so I registered and then called. They wanted $26 to replace it because it died after the 30 day period and the rep could care less of my satisfaction with their product. I get it, the warranty expired but this is the second Atmos product that died shortly after the warranty (the RX bought elsewhere). Long story short, spent over $100 on 2 Atmos products and have nothing to show for it. Cheap gear with shoddy customer service. Thanks for trying discountvapepen, no issues with you.”
