“I have ordered several banners from Signworld.com, but will order no more. I understand if the file I send needs to be higher quality for the banner to look OK without pixelation. I just need someone to tell me. I requested a PDF proof, delaying the order several days just for this reason. What I get is a poor quality proof that says don't worry if it is poor quality, that is normal, we just want to make sure this is your art! What?! So I send a note with my disbelief and say I do not like the quality of this PDF Proof and I want to make sure my banners has acceptable quality. I would much rather try to send another file than have a poor quality banner printed. Well, I never heard back so I assumed it would be OK. It really isn't and I don't have time to get 2 more since my events start 6/7 and I need them up to promote. I would appreciate a refund, if possible. - Dale Maddox”
