“We have ordered 57" and 33" banners a lot over the past few years, and recently have had a lot of complaints from our clients The biggest complaint is they arrive damaged, in at least 50% of our purchases lately. This is very disappointing since it reflects poorly on our company. We have asked numerous times that everything we order is double packaged for shipment. Many times our clients are ordering with a specific event that they need the banners for. So, they have to use them in damaged condition. Last week we had two complaints, and we called a rep at your company to stress again how important it is for the packaging to be better. We have even offered to pay extra to get it packaged better. Hopefully this will help with our future purchases. The other issue we seem to have is that the banners will not roll back into the canister. We appreciate any upgrades in packaging that your company can put in place as part of your purchase program. It would be very helpful.”

“First I was sent an email saying that I was approved to be a wholesaler/vendor to find out when I went to place an order that I was not I then placed the order on the banner in which I felt was more than enough time to receive my product I did not receive my product enough time for the event that it was originally done for. UPS nor Signworld took any initiative to get me my product on time even after I offered to pay any additional fees.”

“Very easy process. Ordering was quick and simple. A rep followed up with an email to confirm the order and see if there were any questions. Product is just what we were looking for. Great quality. Shipping was fast and got here a day earlier than expected. Will choose this company and product again!”
