“I was able to communicate with ya'll and sight unseen, my customers said the banner looks great. That means I did my job right and so did you. That means everything to me doing design for clients in another city and drop shipping to them without your labels and without being able to inspect it myself first. “We ordered 4 of these banner stands. The quality of the print is excellent, the stand is better than I expected for the price. Seems very sturdy and set up is simple. I look forward to seeing how they hold up over time, but everything looks good so far. For the price, I don't think they can be beat.”

“I ordered a banner stand for a conference in October. I ordered it a month in advance because I wasn't sure how long the turnaround would be. I was surprised to see that Signworld had fulfilled and delivered my order in less than a week. I would definitely order from them again.”

“When I received the banners 5 days later than expected, neither was properly assembled. One banner would not pull out and the other had no spring tension. Once it was clear from customer service that the only options were to send it back (impossible due to timing) or void the warranty, I went ahead and fixed the stands myself, without any help from Signworld. Why you got 2 stars: the image uploading, CSR courteousy, and price were good. But the design (aluminum extrusion that collpses on itself), poor assembly, and policy that doesn't work for the customer were bad. With great product offerings and print quality, I haven't decided whether I will move forward with using Signworld as a supplier in the future. I hope to hear from you.”
