“The signs came out great, they look great, they feel great. They great. The only qualm I had was that we were charged to both expedite the production and also then to expedite the shipping which the shipping costs were just as much as the actual banners which made me sad....very very sad. And then I had some anxiety because I had to proceed to turn the invoice/receipt into our CEO and was picturing her ripping my head off as she glanced down to see the final and total cost. I was scared. BUT the good news is that we were able to afford the redunkulous expedite/shipping costs and I still have my actual head still attached to my neck. So all in all it was a good experience.”

“I ordered a banner w/ 3day express shipping for a show we're exhibiting @ this week. It arrived & had a scratch all the way across our logo. I sent pics & requested a replacement for today 9/25. I was told I needed to pay additional shipping to get it here on time. I refused. It finally arrived this morning, and I just opened it to find the SAME scratches in the SAME area, directly across our logo! It almost looks like it's rolled when wet & something rubs on it during transit. Maybe you could place a piece of paper between the banner & the stand so this doesn't happen? I unfortunately now need to find a new company - Management already stated if we have one more banner ship to us this way we have to find someone else. The extra work and hassle of getting it all straightened out, all in the midst of planning and organizing 18 trade shows per year, is something I can get done right the first time by going with someone else. Appreciate your help, but your products just aren't cutting it.”
