“Ordered 2 small X banners, they notified me that they were out of that size of banner paper and offered to either wait on the order or upgrade me for free which we appreciated. Turn around and quality are great. The only knock was that of the 2 times I've personally ordered the x-banners both times they've arrived with broken hooks. Customer service was great, and said they would immediately resend replacements. Definitely have earned my trust and our business with these types of products.”
