“We do one big trade show a year and had recently re-branded. We focus on selling software, not marketing graphics and were really in over our head a bit with this effort. The team we worked with was great. They let us know that the art work we submitted was very pixelated and wasn't going to look good. This gave us time to switch from images to vector drawings. They were clear on the timing of shipping and helped us pick another product when our original choice would take too long to print. Hint: Vinyl is faster. When I called back to switch payment to a different credit card, it wasn't an issue. There was a video on how to "build" our retractable banners, but when they arrived, they were already assembled. That was appreciated. Signworld will get our future business. We are very satisfied.”
