“Many use this in cocktails or add soda or tonic, but I love it, neat, sometimes as an aperitif, but usually as a digestif or nightcap. Like all Amaros it’s taste is bitter/sweet, with the bitter first, then the sweetness, and then a smooth balanced finish. It is currently my favourite Amaro. I have not so far tasted an Amaro I didn’t like.”
