“Very poor service. Had to chase up delivery and was told they would send another item. The pattern I ordered was sold out! So had to pick another which was then much much cheaper. No refund on difference offered! Supposedly sent replacement via express DPD but did not receive in time for my holiday. However the original did arrive!!! The replacement then arrived via Royal Mail whilst I was away with a £7 delivery charge. Will not use this sight again. Extremely poor customer service.”
“I got them for my daughter and niece. I liked the patterns as. Was very happy with the quality when they arrived. My daughter has wore head towels for as long as I can remember and thought she deserved a special one for a Christmas treat”
