“The 1 star is for the customer service: I tried to contact you and raised a ticket as not received my towels yet, despite the delivery company said the delivery had occurred. After raising a ticket on Friday all I received was an automated reply saying that I would hear within 24 hours but nothing. Also no telephone number to call. Quite disappointed. I hope this will be rectified and will be able to write a review on the actual item. Thanks”
“Bought two of these to bring with us on holiday to Turkey. Have been using them for four days now, so soft to lay on, very quick drying and lightweight. Can confirm also that sand doesn’t stick to them like ordinary towels. Have noticed two other holidaymakers here also have them, identifiable by the distinctive deckchair emblem. Brilliant idea, so pleased with this purchase.”
