“Love the towel, I have one and I bought this for my husband. Only thing is that the ordering process was a right faff. I wanted it personalised and thought I had added it to the order but it came without. I dont think I was charged for the personalisation but we were a bit disappointed that it hadn't worked.”

We’re so glad your husband now has his own Dock & Bay towel! 🥰💚 We’re really sorry the personalisation didn’t go through as you expected, especially after taking the time to add it to your order. We can completely understand how disappointing that must have been. 💙 Thanks so much for sharing the feedback on the ordering process, it’s genuinely helpful for us to know where things didn’t feel as straightforward as they should. ✨

“Hi, really pleased with my purchase of two beach towels. The ordering was super easy and delivery quick. Gave as presents to my daughter and partner. They had just come back from a camper van adventure in New Zealand and had really wished they had had them then.”
