Thank you for your review. We're sorry to hear you're unhappy with your order, the quality issues you experienced are not reflective of our usual standards at all.
Just to address your point about our customer service, our team has done all that they can to find a resolution for you. From the outset we offered a replacement or partial refund (where you could keep the items), and when you requested a full refund, we provided a free Royal Mail return label straight away. From there, we spent a significant amount of time exploring collection options across Royal Mail, DPD, and UPS to try to work around your schedule, as well as offering store credit (and the option to keep your items with the credit), as well as a Saturday collection as further alternatives.
All of those options are still available to you, and we truly do want to get this resolved. Please don't hesitate to reach back out to us directly, and we'll get it sorted as quickly as we can.
