“These are continuously advertised as resistant to sand. Bought them on this basis. Used once and the wet sand stuck to them like Velcro and did not easily shake off. I’d use again for the convenience of the size in other settings but would not rely on them being free of sand for beach days in and out of the sea. I had to use and alternative microfibre dog towel to brush the wet sand off me which defeated the point of having one towel for the beach I however loved the colour and the size”
