I ordered a towel but shortly after receiving my confirmation email, I received a further email from the customer services team to say that the towel was out of stock. They were super efficient in their communication and gave me options of what I’d like to do next. They offered a replacement towel of my choosing or a full refund. I chose an alternative towel and it came within days. I have been super impressed with their efficient customer service and it is really refreshing to have experienced it. I cannot wait to use my towel and I will be sure to return to this company for future purchases! Thanks again”
