“Cost me £8 for nothing as returned. Towel too thin and not clearly described in site. And paying for returns is not normal these days and should have been better flagged at purchase. Disgusted and am unlikely to ever buy from you again.”
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, we're really sorry to hear this wasn't the right fit for you 💙
We completely understand that our towels feel different to a traditional cotton towel, they're made from our quick-dry DryQ™ fabric, which is lightweight and designed to dry in minutes rather than hold water like a thicker cotton towel would. We're always working to make sure this comes across clearly on our product pages, so your feedback is genuinely helpful.
We do ask customers to cover the cost of return postage, as free returns create a significant environmental impact through unnecessary shipping, and as a Certified B Corp, that's something we take seriously. That said, we always cover return costs in full if we've made an error on our side.
We're sorry we didn't win you over this time, and we hope you'll give us another chance in the future 🌿

“Great size covered all of the pool sunbed, dries quickly and easily, packs away very well making it easy to carry, much easier than a normal beach towel”
So great to hear your towel was the perfect poolside companion! We’re thrilled the XL size covered the whole sunbed 🏖️ and that it dried quickly and packed away so easily afterwards 🌊⚡🧳
That’s exactly what we designed it for, all the comfort of a large beach towel without the bulk of carrying a traditional one 💪✔️. Thanks so much for sharing your experience, and we hope it joins you on many more sunny adventures ☀️🌴
