“Disappointed to be honest. Doesn't dry as well as advertised and is horrid when wet. Feels like you have a damp bed sheet on you!”

Hi Chrissie, We're sorry to hear the towel isn't living up to the hype, that's definitely not what we like to hear! 💙 A towel feeling particularly damp and heavy when wet isn't what we'd normally expect from our products, so we'd be very happy to look into this a little further. If you'd like to drop us an email at support@dockandbay.com with a few more details about how you've been using the towel and the issues you've experienced, we'd be more than happy to take a closer look and see what's going on. Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback, and we hope we can get to the bottom of this for you! 💙
