I like the product, but customer service is very slow, you have to chase.”

We've taken a closer look at your experience, and can see that our customer service team responded to both of your emails within 24 hours of receiving them. That said, we do understand that waiting for a refund can be frustrating, and we're pleased we were able to get this processed as soon as you provided your proof of return. Sometimes, returns can take a little longer to make their way back through our warehouse, which is why we recommend holding onto your proof of return in the meantime.

“Really like these towels. They not only look great but they are super absorbent. They fold up really small so I look forward to taking them in my holiday in a few weeks. In the meantime my husband has been using it at the gym! Definitely recommend!”
