“The dockin speakers are great and incredible, but I cannot say the same about the headphone products. It is the second headphone I have ordered from dockin and found disappointing. The NC headphones are loud, made of cheap feeling materials and sound quality is also not the best. It does not best the Sony in ear headphones I was using, so I am not using the dockin headphones. I will give it out as a gift because I am critical about sound quality. I really like the dockin company but those headphones need drastic improvement. For example the aux cable enclosed in the box is the thinnest aux cable I've ever seen. I just know it's going to break in a few days. Is it to save cost and maximize profit? Or planned obsolescence? It is clear to me now that headphones are not your forte. I hope this changes.”
