“I have loved DonaJo skirts for years and I will never buy another one because of this most recent experience with their inadequate and unacceptable customer service. After receiving this top I tried for over a week to contact them at least 3/4 times but could not get a response so in desperation I filled out an exchange request, not knowing if the new top would match. Finally on December 8th I got a response explaining they hadn’t responded because of their sale and lack of staffing. I asked that the Pink top, which I had returned, be credited to my original method of payment. Instead of doing that or saying we can only give you credit, they decided to go ahead and send the top I had asked for before they ever responded, which after speaking to them about options, I did not want. If they had responded to my requests originally in a timely manner I never would have asked for an exchange in the 1st place. Most of the problem with this entire exchange was due to their lack of communication. I asked to speak to a supervisor or the owners but either they don’t have one or they just didn’t want to honor my request. Since I asked for a refund twice I don’t know why they decided I would rather have an exchange than credit. Seems pretty clear if I wanted a refund, I didn’t want another top. Credit would have been a good choice. That is, if they were attempting to please a customer, but I’m pretty sure that wasn’t their goal.”
“This top arrived in record time and it is just perfect. Very light weight material, perfect for the courts! I normally wear a P2 in clothes and was afraid that the top would be too big large, not the case at all. fits perfectly with room to move. The color is vibrant and goes well with several pieces I already wer on the court.”
