“If zero stars were possible, that's exactly what they'd receive. This company completely disregards prospective customers, no matter how many times or by what method you try to contact them. They've lost any chance of earning our business, and we will not be giving them another opportunity.”
“I love the fabric and the look of the skirts. I feel that the hip area is too snug. I have found other tennis players who feel the same way. I have bought 5 skirts and all have the same problem. One of them rises above the back area when playing tennis. THis is the JOJO skirt. I won't be wearing that again. THe snugness is just at the seam below the waist band.”
“I like the variety of patterns offered. The skort quality is godd. Sizes run small. I've only received part of my latest order. A previous order was also significantly delayed so I would not depend on receiving items in the time frame stated if you are hoping to receive it in time for a specific event.”
“The skirts are okay. My mistake for thinking my skirts purchased here would be the same size as all my other skirts. The sizing was weird. The Large was too tight and the XL is a bit too big.
They have a ridiculous return policy. I hate that they ask you to pay a protection fee if it doesn't fit. It costs me over $12 to return the two skirts I had purchased. They make money at that rate.”
“Poor return policy. I paid for easy returns and was trying to return an order that was incorrectly sent. Not an easy return and crazy pricing! Never ordering from them again!”
“Very disappointed in the fit of the size medium 17” skort. It was extremely tight in the waste area. Then the size large ended up being too long. And now I cannot return for a refund because it was apparently a clearance item which I was not aware of. I will not use this company again.”
“I love the print and the quality of the fabrics. I always wore an XL or a size 3 back when you started out. I have lost weight since then and the XL is too snug for comfort. Maybe you need an XXL?”
“Skirt patterns are beautiful but the customer service is awful. I ordered 2 skirts, size large and one fit and the other was smaller but labeled a large. I reached out to customer service and they refused to acknowledge that they made or labeled the skirts wrong. I had to pay for a restocking fee AND shipping to get a larger size. I sent them pictures of the two skirts together showing the size discrepancy, but they would not budge. I won’t be ordering from this company again. I’ve spoken with other customers who say their customer service is terrible too.”
“I love the skorts, the fabric is great and very comfortable. I get compliments every time I wear one. The only negative is the color of the shorts underneath. I have a pink and blue skort with black shorts, and other dark skorts with white shorts. It seems they use whatever color is available. Other brands either match one of the main colosr, or use the same fabric for the shorts underneath. It would take the rating up to a 5.”
