I was very excited to get my skort, but when I found it was too small and wanted to exchange it, twice I received a very unprofessional and terse response telling me I could only get store credit. After several attempts to get answers on how to go about sending it back and using my 'store credit' I HAVE NOT HEARD BACK. TERRIBLE customer service!!!”
“I would have given it a 10 a few years ago, but then you started randomly using thin, flimsy fabrics. I never know if I'm ordering something sturdy or something that's going to fall down around my ankles when I start running. The latest sports bra I ordered was approximately equal to going barechested. It's supposed to be athletic wear!!
Now I really don't want to order because it's 50/50 if the fabric will be anything that can hold up to actual sports.”

“The size large skort I ordered was much too small. The quality was not what I had hoped it would be. Returns were very expensive (about 2/3 the price of the item) and I was only offered a store credit rather than a refund. Also, delivery took 3 weeks after the order was placed. I will not order from them again.”

“The Rowan spin skirt I got is very pretty and feminine. The fit was great. I usually wear a medium, but I ordered a L and the fit was very comfortable. Out tennis team is using this as our team skirt. Also got a purple top to match. Wish the tops came in different colors to match the skirt!!”
“I have not received part of my order, the skirt I ordered has never been shipped but I was charged for it. Also, the top I received is a size medium and I ordered a large.”
“I ordered a skort and it was so very tight, it felt like wearing a bathing suit instead of a skirt. It was not at all true to size, I am petite and usually wear a small but this was extremely small. Their website says “easy returns” but guess what, they don’t allow refunds. I tried to contact support and after several attempts, they finally responded and said you can return the item but they won’t give your money back. What’s crazy is they even charge $1.89 for “free returns”, unbelievable! I didn’t like their skirt and I would not recommend this company.”
“Love the clothing! Well made, fun patterns and cute styles. The tops are also well made and are interchangeable with the skirts. The one thing you want to keep in mind is that the skirts and tops run smaller than the size charts indicates. I typically wear a M skirt and L top and had to exchange my outfits for a L skirt and XL top. Just note the size when ordering and you’ll love your purchase! I get a lot of compliments on them.”
“While I really like your products, I am a true Medium and I have found that your products are smaller, such as a Medium, is definitely a Small. So I am exchanging for a large and hoping that will work.
