I had previously ordered a medium and found the waistband rolls over itself and down. I then ordered a large and after wearing it for the first time the waistband still rolls down. Not happy because of that.”

“This was the second time that I ordered something from you guys. The first time it never came so I thought I'll give you guys another chance. I ordered two skirts. I received one within two weeks. It was great. The second one came about two weeks later. It was in the size I ordered and it was like so small I couldn't even believe it was the size I ordered. So I sent it back and it took another couple weeks to get a larger size and I still can't believe the amount of time I spent to get the new size and still it was ugly and fit terribly.”

I then had to wait for my return to get back to them before they sent the correct item. I get that process if I ordered the wrong size, but when my order was filled incorrectly I don’t feel like I should have to wait to get the correct item.”

“I have been looking for skirted leggings for a long time, and especially cleaner ones without most chemicals. This one says Oeko-Tex certified immediately caught my eyes. I made 2 orders of the same color because that was the only color I liked and available in size XS. Dona Jo customer service called me to confirm whether I intended to made 2 orders of the same thing. I told them yes, but I wish they had a pair in black and not just navy. Miraculously, the lady told me she got a pair on the shelf and shipped them to me. I received 2 pairs- navy and black. I wore the black ones few days ago for pickleball and love them!”

“VERY cute options. Really enjoy the beautiful prints. The fit is right on, so size up or down if you're in-between. My Shakira is honestly just a tiny bit too short. I really wish it was just a tiny bit longer. I also have the JoJo and the Soar styles that are the perfect length. The shorts on all of the skirts do ride up on my legs and I end up with more like booty shorts, but it is okay with me. Unfortunately, I cannot afford any more at regular price, so I must wait for deeply discounted sales and pray the style and print I want are included in that sale.”
“The sizing is so misleading. I'm on my 3rd exchange and they do charge $5.95 even though I paid the $1.98 for free returns. Also, if I want to just return for me money back, they still charge you a $5.95 fee. I am always a small and absolutely no bigger then a medium. I had to exchange for an extra large. I only weigh 135 lbs with no hips. I have another order coming thinking the medium would fit, no such luck. I wasted more money on all the exchanges.”

Buyer beware! I searched for 17 inch skort and Dona Jo had several! I ordered 3 that took several weeks to arrive. When I got them, they were much longer than 17 inches. After going back to the site and searching through the details, I discovered that by ordering the large or x-large, the length increased by 2 inches. My bad for assuming that the labeled pictures, stating a 17in. length, would be 17in. length on all skorts in that style, color, and size. Should I order again, I would need to order the 14 1/2 inch skort, to get something closer to 17in in length.”
“Love the colors, patterns, variety of styles. Normal size xs or s, ordered small and had to exchange them for mediums. I wish there were pockets as I am a golfer and the pockets on the shirts are a hassle.”
