“The product is excellent but I ordered it in late Hanuary and finally received it last week. I contacted DonaJo regarding this situation several weeks before the item finally arrived. I believe the issue was something about the factory creating the order. I should have been contacted about the issue with an explanation as to when the item would likely arrive but heard nothing until I reached out. Very disappointing.”
