“Shipping takes forever. Got the top but not the skirt. On the top the sizing is off. I ordered a medium shirt and I usually take a small. The medium is too small. I had to exchange for a large.”
“I was a repeat Customer and ordered the same product and was very happy with it. I decided to order the same product in a different color this time it took about six weeks for me to receive it and the product seemed to be made in a different material which was thicker and now has a big thick cluttering on the back waistband. I was not happy although the prince looked very pretty on the website. I was not happy with customer service that kept telling me it was on the way or that it was back ordered. I would not recommend this company.”
“I have a closet full of Dona Jo that I purchased for 5 years , until I could t use anymore. They were all my favorites in fit and fabric. However , anything I have purchased in the last year I was not happy with. Both the fit and the fabric have changed in my opinion. The fabric is thinner and less firm, and white can be seen through. The sizing has gotten smaller and without gaining weight , I am needing to size up. I will no longer be ordering my favorite tennis clothing.”

“I do love the pattern and length of this skirt which is why I purchased it. The undershorts however are extremely tight, thick and not breathable at all. Feels like I'm wearing a girddle. I purchased this skirt to add to my collection of tennis skirts. The undershorts are so thick though that I can't wear the skirt when I play outdoors in warm weather, the undershorts are too hot.
My suggestion is to use a more breathable, less constricting material for the undershort.”
“I have returne the thee golf skorts because the waist was very very small for a medium. Now noticing my e mail that you are sending me three more exactly the same which I did not request. If they are the same I will be returning them again for a full refund”
“The sport is self is very cute. I don’t care for the white spandex underneath. It was not pictured. It does run small. But the main issue is I bought it as a preorder. I had to email with customer service to get any updates on it. It took two months to ship. At that point, I had emailed and just asked for a refund and they said it had already shipped. Never received shipping email or any tracking. Then, it didn’t fit. Shipping it back, I had to contact them to see when it would process as they didn’t email to say it was received or how long it would take. And then I was told up to 14 business days. I had to do product credit because it was originally on sale. The new item took less time to ship but again no email with tracking or stating it shipped. Literally, no communication. It just showed up at my house. Customer service was very quick to respond but by letting customers know beforehand, there’s a shipping issue and then it’s resolved, your item is shipping, etc, would make a world of difference. Would not purchase from them again.”
“3 months after I originally placed my order, I finally have a skirt. The skirt I originally ordered was a little tight in the waist. I normally wear a size 10 in skirts/pants but went with large per the size chart. Took about 6 weeks to arrive and I quickly returned it. Waited about a week for the credit to go through. The skirt I liked was not longer on sale. Waited until there was a skirt I liked and ordered it in an XL. Finally arrived today. Skirt is cute style and comfortable. Don't really like the shorts being white. Feels like underware. Also wish there were pockets.
I do like the skirt but probably won't order again because it takes so long to get the product and I feel the prices are very high”

“I’ve been a fan for years and have several diff designs of my fave Ultimate Skirt. Past two orders have been not great. Sizing is noticeably different and now even the material is not up to par. Skirt seems cheaper feeling and undershort has way less support than before; had to downsize. Will take a break from ordering and enjoy what I have rather than have to return/exchange due to continual quality control issues. Too bad. Had a good thing going.”
“On my first purchase I ordered the wrong size. I did not see a size chart on the website, a phone number to call, or that return was for a merchandise credit. The quality is very good but I won’t order again. The skirt was substantially reduced and I’ll have to add to the purchase on my next selection. Dona Jo is too difficult to order from. I donated the skort to a local charity.”
