“The skirts are cute, but they take forever to get to you. I waited for mine seven weeks then I got it and It was too small. I had to pay to send it back. I’ve got another one coming only because I paid for it and that’s been over a week now so who knows when I’ll get that one. I would not recommend shopping with them. Amazon is much faster and you can ship them back free. I play pickle ball with a lot of women and I have let them know not to shop with this company so disappointing.”

“The Dona Jo sale is a very good value for the skirt quality. I would tell all new or potential customers to READ AND UNDERSTAND their returns policy. While your email will say "all orders can be returned or exchanged through 01/10/2026", that is not the case. And, it may take them some time to answer questions - I've been waiting since 11/24 and it is now 12/1.”
“I weigh 135 pounds and am 5'5". I ordered large in two skorts and two tops. The tops fit like they're a size medium (meaning well too tight for a large) and the shorts under the skorts are so tight I think my blood circulation will be effected. Needless to say I would return them all except for the hassle of doing so. I did however order two of the leggings with skirts (in large) and am happy with them.”
“Love the clothes, but I find it terrible that there is no customer service phone support.
I have an issue, but it's not worth the headache of working through it via email.
With how much we invest in these clothes, it would be great to have a more personal experience and feel like we are valued customers.
I definitely will not buy these again because of that.”

“The clothing feels quite nice and I must say the Quality is there. I was recently exposed to this brand at a benefit fashion sportswear show. I probably won’t choose to go with them again for two reasons, the first is the length of shipping the product and the second I don’t feel their prices are competitive.”
“I love the pattern but this XL top and bottom do not fit like m other Donna Jo XL do—they are small and the top too short. Disappointed there is not an XXL option or sizing for talls.”
“I used to love the Donajo skirted capris and tops but they seem to have changed. The fit is not the same, and the material is heavier than it was a few years ago. The patterns have also changed to be bolder but not as bright-wish it would go back to how it was.”
“I have found the difficulty with your tennis skirts is the sizing. A large is slightly too small, but the extra large is entirely too big. There needs to be a size in between. Either that or make your large slightly larger. I settled for the large because your return policy doesn't allow a refund. Most reputable stores offer customers a refund, even if the item was on sale.”
“This is a very cute skirted legging. The day it finally shipped it went on sale. I emailed customer service to see if they would price adjust since I hadn’t even received it yet. I didn’t get a response. Sadly it was not a wise choice as they’ve lost a potentially good customer.”
