“I bought 4 skirts, I really liked the vibrant prints. However I have had to return 2 and will likely return the other two when they arrive. I am a solid Medium in all my tennis skirts so that’s what I ordered. They are way too small. To me, the sizing is very inaccurate. I have yet to receive a confirmation email of that return which was mailed back 2 weeks ago. I suppose the brand is just not for me but as I stated earlier, nice patterns.”
“Haven't purchased Donnajo in years. Because no need to purchase more tennis clothes always compliment on the product where's like iron great price point especially if you get it on sale perfect fit. I needed another white skirt ordered on sale love the skirt. You're skimping on the product I haven't changed sizes. I still weigh the same size small is now the size of an extra small when I put it up to my other skirts and compare them it's quite a bit of difference. It's not a small. Not that computer savvy tried to figure out how to return it. Was excited to get the white skirt on sale. It took a month to get here. I don't know how it was delivered. Had to wear it because I was in a tennis tournament. Really bummed I always get compliments on your product when I wear it at myvTennis Club but it's just not the same product prints aren't as great I always look, but that's why I haven't ordered”
“I ordered and bought clothing I thought was in stock but 5 weeks later it still hasn't shipped, with no update or indication when or if it will ever arrive. I have purchased Dona Jo clothing in the past and have been pleased. They have made some recent sizing and quality changes that have given me pause. Now with this mysterious arrival of my current Order I doubt I will ever buy online. I am active pickleball player in the south so there is a need for clothing but if you can't fill a order refund the customers money!”

I ordered the "on sale" tennis skirt, April 12 and did not receive until June 11… Two months!
After waiting all that time, the size M skirt did not fit.
Trying to return for a refund was not allowed, difficult and worthless.
My first purchase from Donajo was a waste of $35…
I will never order from them again.
Much better to order from Amazon and Cupshe type brands,
Receive in two days with full refund if not fitting or don't like…

“I waited almost a month to receive my skirt.
I tried to contact customer service and they have no contact phone number. I had to send multiple emails before I received a response. I am still waiting for another skirt I ordered at the same time. It's not worth the aggravation buying products from them.”
“The sizing is most definitely off with a medium being like a small. What is most disappointing is your fulfillment of orders. I placed an order back in April and had to return and exchanged what I reordered and now it is mid- June and I still haven’t received my item.”

It is overly long and has a uncomfortable scratchy fabric skirt/shorts lining. Very disappointed for my first time ordering from this company. The return policy is very poor and vagaries almost the price of the skort to return”

I've sent at least 3 messages asking what I need to do to complete the exchange and the original instructions are not working and my messages are not being answered. There is no number to call. I don't know what to do! Further, the item I wanted is sold out now and there is a similar one I'd like to reserve but I can't get anyone to help me before that is sold out as well and the sale that I ordered from is no longer going on. It is so frustrating!!”

“Ordered 2 skirts, received one 2 weeks later. When I requested an update on the second skirt response was that it was a “pre-order”. Skirt was marked as a clearance item. The second skirt still hasn’t arrived, 3.5 weeks after ordering. Have requested a cancellation and refund on second skirt. Why would a clearance item be on a 4-week preorder?
Hopefully, I haven’t been scammed out of my money. Waiting to see.”
“I will never order anything form Donajo again. I ordered a skirt from the website. The description said "in stock and ready to ship." I reached out around 2 weeks later (only access to Donajo is thru email???) I was then informed that the skirt was not even available for another 2-6 weeks. I mentioned the "in stock and ready to ship" part, but no response to that. When my skirt arrived 6-8 weeks after I ordered it I was not impressed. It was a print, so I know that the skirts may look a little different based where the material is cut. Online is was purple-ish with some yellow, my skirt is yellow with some purple. Had I seen a photo of the skirt I received I would have never ordered it. I haven't worn it because I thought I might return it, but after the customer service I had received I just don't think I want to go thru the hassel. I have ordered skirts thru large tennis suppliers, and smaller companies - I have never had an experience as bad as I have with Donajo.”
“I ordered a tennis skirt for my daughter in law on 5/1/26 and it still has not been delivered! No updates, no communication, no apologies for the delay. This was suppose to be her Mother’s Day present. Well that didn’t happen! Your service is a sad excuse for customer service.”
