“The ads are confusing. It looked like I was ordering a skirted legging but when it came, it was only a coverup skirt. So I inquired and was told coverup skirt was what I ordered. So for more money I agreed to purchase the skirted legging in the same style. When it came, it was the skirted capri. They lost me as a returning customer. Free returns are not free. There’s a charge. I’m not a happy camper.”
“I notified your company on 12/16 that the wrong item was shipped. DJ should have immediately corrected the situation instead of having to wait for the item to be returned (12/22) and then excuse after excuse due to the holiday and short staff. I did not receive the correct product until 1/12/26.”

Hi! The Move T is a loose fitting top but it is short. I'd like to suggest the Hit Shirt, it is available in many colors, its also loose fitting but it is longer, offering more coverage.

“I bought 2 pairs of leggings but they kept slipping down my legs. Also, for a tennis shop, they should have had “pockets” on the sides for balls. Liked the colors but in the future, I’ll get my leggings elsewhere.”

“After several attempts to get a straight answer from DonJo customer service, I was told an item bought on sale could NOT be emailed a return receipt even though I was well within the 15 day return/exchange time frame. This is VERY BAD business. With ALL the competition out there, you would think DonaJo would at LEAST send an email return receipt. I did mail my skirt back today and I am told by customer service they are holding a smaller size for me. In the future, I'll be taking my business to a company who values their customers.”
