“I have ordered several of these skorts from you and I always receive a size small, which is always fine but this one is cut way too small in the waist line. It is different than any of the other others I have it is not comfortable.”

It’s really amazing but the tank top and size medium, which I wear is so tight in the arm pits that it makes it so uncomfortable to wear. Unfortunately I wore it already so I can’t return it. If you’re buying a tank top check out the pictures first! I went back and looked at the pictures and you could see how high the T-shirt is in the armpits.”
“I have been a long time Dona Jo customer. I own at least 10 of their skirts. These skirts used to be fabulous. The compression shorts never rode up. There was good tummy control. The last few skirts I've bought I will be returning as the shorts ride up (why have they gotten so thin?) and there's no tummy control.
Hopefully, the return process isn't a nightmare ori will update my review.

“The website pricing kept changing when I went to exhchange an item that was way too small for a size medium. I've ordered before and things went smoothly. When I emailed about the issue, they would not honor the price, even though I sent a screenshot. Very disappointing. I was also not aware that the item was not returnable even though I paid extra for free returns. I was told the item was on sale so not returnable, I could only exchange. Again, misleading”
“Love every piece of clothing I have purchased (in stores)! The cute style, the vibrant colors, the perfect fit - everything about them is fabulous. However, customer service sucks! First time, I ordered on-line in mid June (and was charged), but now at the end of July still nothing! I wrote several times (there is no phone), asking for updates, kept being gaslighted, kept getting promises, but still nothing (finally was told that items are back ordered, but I was charged in mid June!!! That is not right!) Asked for refund, was told to wait until back order is filled. Don't know what is going on, but I will not order on-line ever again! Furthermore, the items were for my summer vacation. I am on a long business trip now, and even if it gets delivered while I am gone, I will not be able to get it/wear it as I will not be back home until end of September. I keep asking for a refund but to no avail!
Customer service needs improvement! The cloths are great! The pictures below are beautiful, I am sure skorts would be great! Below, you are asking if I would like to reveiw the pieces I purchased: I would love to, if you had delivered them, but since I don't have them, I cannot!”
“I was dissapointed with this tank. I've purchased the same top numerous times. This top is shorter and the style is different. I thought about returning but I had a discount and it only cost around $15. I probably wont wear it. Why was this style altered?”
“While the skirt is cute, the sizing is smaller thanthe sizing chart indicates and I had to return all of the skirts in my order. Also, it took over a month to recieve the product and then I was charged twice for the same skirt on my credit card. The product itself is nice but the delays in shipping and being double charged is an issue. I will not be ordering from this company again.”

“Your sizing and quality of skirts has definitely changed.
I don't know if sizes have been incorrectly marked, but a medium and large has very little difference in size. Also, your sizes have gotten smaller.
I have size medium in skirts that I still wear and wanted to add to the collection. I ordered a medium in the same style and it is too small. I exchanged it for a large and the large is the same fit!
The quality of the material is different as well. Not as soft and a bit scratchy. I am not pleased.”
“Didn’t fit me right so I submitted for a return over a week ago. Still have not received the return info and label. I usually wear a size 6 and ordered a medium but it was too small. Nice quality, pretty skirt, it just didn’t fit.”
“Ordered one top in two different colors. Black was not available in the original fabric so they sent a different fabric instead. When I asked customer service about it, they said I could return the black top but there would a restocking fee. It took two calls and three emails at my initiation before representative agreed to waive the restocking fee. (I had asked to speak with a manager at this point.) Another customer service representative likely would have made for a more satisfactory shopping experience.”
“Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company or it's products. Ordering was difficult, confusing. and took a long time overall. Quality of the tank top and skort that I ordered was borderline unacceptable. Sizing was on the small side, requiring me to do an exchange. I will not order from them again.”
“This company has not treated me well. I got two skorts (the first of which I like.). They came in separate mailings and are identical. I have written to their contact email twice since early last week and have had no reply. Essentially ghosted. I don't know what to do as there is not a phone number. Feeling let down. If you look on this page, you will see that Bliss was not ordered twice, but the second one was supposed to be Flourish so clearly their mistake and not resolved.”
“I was SO disappointed by DonaJo. I won’t buy from there again for these reasons:
1) It took weeks to arrive.
2) The zebra print skirt was different than the picture, with bright green:/
3) They knew the picture was different and still wouldn’t refund my $.
4) Most important: I didn’t like the fabric; it was too thick and sizing was off”

I am sorry to hear you didn't like the skirt. This skirt was ordered on pre-order, pre-orders can take 4 weeks to be shipped. Our delivery date was within this timeline. This item was on final sale and therefore it did not qualify for a refund. Our website photos were taking from different angles and the green colors are noticible there too.
