After several attempts to get a straight answer from DonJo customer service, I was told an item bought on sale could NOT be emailed a return receipt even though I was well within the 15 day return/exchange time frame. This is VERY BAD business. With ALL the competition out there, you would think DonaJo would at LEAST send an email return receipt. I did mail my skirt back today and I am told by customer service they are holding a smaller size for me. In the future, I'll be taking my business to a company who values their customers.

We do offer returns to store credit and exchanges on final sale items. We do not provide return labels. This information is located in the complete return policy on our website. Thank you!

Unfortunately, you sent me wrong size again. Also, I’ve not heard from you about my request to ship back my order. Please send me the shipping label as soon as possible. Thank you!
