“I am very disappointed in the skorts I've purchased...3! I'm usually a small/size 6-8. I squeezed into a small, ok reorder up. The medium was not cut much bigger than the small. I exchanged for a large. The large fits ok but again, it doesn't fit correctly. The shorts want to hike up and the waist is very uncomfortable. Now I'm stuck with 3 skorts that I choose not to wear bc when I run I want comfort not constriction.”

“I like your product very much. Your customer service is very poor. When I returned 2 tops from my first order in many years that is when the problem began. I received no notification that you received the return. I had to reach out to you after several weeks to verify you had received them. You did respond the same day to say you had received them and would be processing soon. I did receive the credit for the one top after that but I waited several more weeks for the exchange and after hearing nothing from you I requested a credit rather than exchange. I was tired of dealing with it. If the exchange had fit properly I was going to order several more colors but it’s just too difficult.”

“I have sent 3 emails regarding order 410009 with no response. I only received one skort that I ordered for my wife and the Charlotte skort has never been delivered and no information has been provided by your customer service. I ordered and paid for two skorts on May 16, 2026.
I will contact my credit card company this week to contest the charge. I do not understand the lack of a response.”

Hi Joan! Final sale items can only be returned for a store credit, this information can be found in our return policy on the website. Since you paid the extra free for free retuns at checkout, you'd get a free return label. The $17 to return is only if you select the pick up at your doorstep return method, which is a special service offered by Fedex. Thank you!

“I ordered a skort and it was so very tight, it felt like wearing a bathing suit instead of a skirt. It was not at all true to size, I am petite and usually wear a small but this was extremely small. Their website says “easy returns” but guess what, they don’t allow refunds. I tried to contact support and after several attempts, they finally responded and said you can return the item but they won’t give your money back. What’s crazy is they even charge $1.89 for “free returns”, unbelievable! I didn’t like their skirt and I would not recommend this company.”

The $1.89 fee is for unlimited free return labels and insurance in case something happens with the package.
