It took so long to get the skort I ordered and when I finally got it, was not happy with the quality. Ordered a medium and could barely get it on. The sizing was way off and I couldn’t return it either. Won’t order from this company again.

Extremely rude customer service. Will never order from them again. When asking questions about returning skorts , customer service suddenly stopped responding. That was it.

I’ve only received one of two skorts. No updates on the ‘fierce’ skort. When I tried to track the order it takes me to ‘Shop’ app. I don’t want to download another app. I’m very disappointed in DonnaJo.

I’m not going to give a rating. Skort I ordered way too small, no return option. Total waste of money, I will not order from your company again!

In the past I have ordered from Donajo with no issues with regard to size....now it seems that sizing of items is way off! I will not be ordering anything until some guarantee is given that sizing issues have been corrected.

I am very unhappy with the Drive Polo and the Dona Jo exchange/return process. I ordered the same shirt in the same color/size that I already own from a year ago, so I did not expect to have to return it. So I opted not to pay the extra $1.89 for "free" returns/exchanges. However, this Drive Polo was smaller than the one I own, and the fabric was a lighter weight. I like my current shirt, so I decided to exchange the new one for a larger size, even though it cost me over $7 for the exchange. However, that shirt did not ship until the previous one was checked back in at the returns center, so I ended up waiting over a month from my original order. And then the new shirt did not fit. So now I'm returning that one . . . for another $7+. Not happy.

I still have not received one item (a skort) AND I’m disappointed with the product. I plan on returning all 4 pieces but need Donajo to complete shipment! Extremely disappointed and displeased!!!

The shipping and return policy is terrible. Trying to charge $21 for a return label. I had to return shirt- medium- which i always wear. It was so small I’m thinking I will need xl. It looked cropped but it didn’t on model. Plus it takes forever to get the stuff. Trying to get a free exchange but might just give up because if the other size is still short I won’t want to pay to ship it back again.

I ordered a top and skirt. The top was too small so I returned it, waiting for store credit. The skirt has still not arrived after 2 weeks because of a manufacturing issue. Not impressed!!!

I ordered my usual size, large, and it was way too small. I don’t think even an XL would fit which it their largest size. I can only return the skirt for store credit. What could I get? Nothing would fit!

Terrible customer service and they take forever to deliver — IF the remember! I ordered two items in mid-December that were to come in three weeks. By mid January, nothing. I called and finally got skirt — too small — and replaced it — too big. They refused to refund money. The top I ordered never came, and when I inquired, they were like “oops we forgot about it” and there are manufacturing problems. Horrible company — buy at your own risk. I certainly never will again.

Your varying return policy changes based on sales is disappointing. Exchange size for same item, different color had to pay different price based on current sales. Will NO longer purchase from you!!!
