“I received someone else's order in an envelope mailed to me with my address. Did not get my skirts until I returned the items of the other customer. I was out of town so it took me awhile to send it back. I finally got my order the other day and it will be my final order. Not ordering from your company again.”

“I am very unhappy with the Drive Polo and the Dona Jo exchange/return process. I ordered the same shirt in the same color/size that I already own from a year ago, so I did not expect to have to return it. So I opted not to pay the extra $1.89 for "free" returns/exchanges. However, this Drive Polo was smaller than the one I own, and the fabric was a lighter weight. I like my current shirt, so I decided to exchange the new one for a larger size, even though it cost me over $7 for the exchange. However, that shirt did not ship until the previous one was checked back in at the returns center, so I ended up waiting over a month from my original order. And then the new shirt did not fit. So now I'm returning that one . . . for another $7+. Not happy.”

“The shipping and return policy is terrible. Trying to charge $21 for a return label. I had to return shirt- medium- which i always wear. It was so small I’m thinking I will need xl. It looked cropped but it didn’t on model. Plus it takes forever to get the stuff.
Trying to get a free exchange but might just give up because if the other size is still short I won’t want to pay to ship it back again.”
