“It took so long to get the skort I ordered and when I finally got it, was not happy with the quality. Ordered a medium and could barely get it on. The sizing was way off and I couldn’t return it either. Won’t order from this company again.”

“I’ve only received one of two skorts. No updates on the ‘fierce’ skort. When I tried to track the order it takes me to ‘Shop’ app. I don’t want to download another app. I’m very disappointed in DonnaJo.”

“I am very unhappy with the Drive Polo and the Dona Jo exchange/return process. I ordered the same shirt in the same color/size that I already own from a year ago, so I did not expect to have to return it. So I opted not to pay the extra $1.89 for "free" returns/exchanges. However, this Drive Polo was smaller than the one I own, and the fabric was a lighter weight. I like my current shirt, so I decided to exchange the new one for a larger size, even though it cost me over $7 for the exchange. However, that shirt did not ship until the previous one was checked back in at the returns center, so I ended up waiting over a month from my original order. And then the new shirt did not fit. So now I'm returning that one . . . for another $7+. Not happy.”

“The shipping and return policy is terrible. Trying to charge $21 for a return label. I had to return shirt- medium- which i always wear. It was so small I’m thinking I will need xl. It looked cropped but it didn’t on model. Plus it takes forever to get the stuff.
Trying to get a free exchange but might just give up because if the other size is still short I won’t want to pay to ship it back again.”
