“I purchased an item on sale (a store wide sale). This was not a clearance item and after very politely sending an email indicating this was not stated clearly I was not satisfied with how it was handled. Very blunt and to the point. The person that responded never told me where this was indicated when I explained I did not see this. Not good customer service. I was only allowed an exchange. So I had to purchase something I didn’t need. If this was stated I certainly did not see it. I would never have purchased a nonrefundable item intentionally. The item was not a final sale. The website notes free unlimited returns and I purchased the return fee. T would have been nice to have it explained to me at least where it stated anything in the store wide sale was only exchangeable and that would have been satisfactory.”
“I placed my first order recently with Donajo. I decided to return two of the 3 items for a refund. I was within the 30 day window. Both items were on sale but not listed as final sale. One item (a skirt) was too short and one (a top) was too tight. I planned to buy similar items later when I had more time to look at their website. When I started the return, I was only able to get a store credit or an exchange. I questioned this with customer service, and was told that is the policy on store-wide sales. Nowhere in my original order did it say this. I went online to find their phone number, called, and got an unidentified voice mailbox, so I don't know if it is a correct number. I will not be purchasing from them again.”
“I ordered Black Friday and didn’t receive my full order until after Christmas. Super slow. I would say the size of shirts are smaller than typical golf attire. I won’t be ordering again.”
“Your sizes are extremely unreliable! Your shipping time is unacceptable and when you kept saying the item was delivered it hadn’t been!! A month later I got the exchange!! “I placed the original order either at the very end of October or beginning of November. I live in Sarasota and you ship from Fort Myers. I kept the tennis skirt but had to return the shirt for a different size. The shirt finally arrived a few days ago, although I’m out of Sarasota for the holiday so I can’t even try it on. I think the amount of time it takes from placing the order to getting the merchandise is crazy. Also, I am not K Disano. You have that wrong too. This is Rae Ann Van Pelt.”
“I never recieved my order so i can not give a review. But you were sure fast to charge my credit card. I am very dispointed since I bought numerous shirts from you and they came fast. I had waited over a month for my order got charged! No more orders from me!!”
“As a new customer I was excited to purchase 3 skirts, however my excitement turned to extreme disappointment when I opened the package and tried them on. The material, the stitching, and the fit were of the poorest quality.
I attempted to get a full refund but was told that since they were on sale, I could only get a store credit or exchange. I do not trust any other style would improve the quality. The return policy was not clearly stated at time of purchase. I appealed the decision and asked to be contacted by a manager but that request was denied. I should have only bought 1 to try it out, but now I’m out $150.
