“I ordered one skort. It took over a month to arrive, and it was at least 2 sizes too small. (I ordered my standard size.) I paid extra for a free return. Not only is my refund less than what I paid, it was only available as store credit. Buyer beware.”
Hi! You ordered this item as pre-order, pre-orders can take 4 weeks to ship. It was delivered to you before the 4 weeks mark. Since the skirt was a final sale item, it only qualifed for a store credit. The $1.89 extra fee is non refundable, that is why you are seeing a difference between what you paid on the order and the store credit received. Thank you.
“I would usually give Donna Joe five stars. However, this skirt came in longer on one side than the other. I contacted them several days ago and have not heard back Therefore customer service has not been a good experience.”
“I had bought the Shakira shirt "Fernora". WHen I washed it, some of the black short color has faded into the skirt making it a bit darker. Also the skirt has shrunk so it is shorter than the shorts. I have several Shakira skirts from Donajo and this has never happened.”
“I ordered four skirts, but have only received two. Donajo has changed the fabric of their skirts. Instead of being soft and silky, they are rough and don’t lay very well.”
“Placed an order online and didn’t receive my order for almost 4 weeks. After two weeks I had to wire to Donajo asking about my order. Their response was they had a big sale. The fact I had to communicate with them was disappointing. No compensation or apology. Very disappointed in your company. I have been a customer for five years but they had come to an end.”
“I am disappointed in the sizing of the skort. I used the size guide which indicated a Medium. That is also my size for all clothing. When it arrived, it is WAY tight. I checked about returning it, but my only option was to get credit since it was on sale. I couldn’t find any option to exchange for a Large.
Additionally I ordered the skort in early March. It was finally delivered in early April. I had to reach out to the company about my order. They responded that they were having production issues……wouldn’t it have been good customer service for them to update me rather than I having to inquire?
The quality of the skort seems good but I’ll not order from them again.”

Very disappointed in the customer service - not even a phone number available to contact customer service. Would love to have some sort of response, but not holding my breath. “I ordered 2 skorts from Dona Jo. I normally wear a S but ordered a M in case they ran small. One skort did arrive and was extremely small. I would have had to order a L or XL to fit me! I chose to return instead. This company doesn't provide free returns or exchanges. I had to pay to return the tiny skort. Since the other skort hadn't shipped yet, I asked to change it to a L. After many weeks, it never arrived so I cancelled the order. I didn't want to have to pay for another return. I would not recommend ordering from this company.”

“I ordered 2 skorts and a top 3 weeks ago and so far have only received one skort. I guess because everything ships from China it's on a Slow boat! The print on the one skort I've gotten so far is cheaply done and the fit is smaller than it should be. I won't be ordering again”
“My rating has more to do with delivery times and how Donajo handled my order. ( The tennis skirt and top are wonderful would be rated a '5'). I ordered these items in early February and I only received the top 2 days ago. I followed up on my order 3 times. I understand sometimes manufacturers take extra time - but it would have been better if that had been communicated at some point to me, rather than me having to follow up myself. I have a credit today and I'm a bit reluctant to order anything as I don't know if this will happen again. I recommend that you ensure you have stock prior to promoting any items.”
