“I ordered 3 skirts and I paid extra to have a free return. When I returned them it was a hassle and I had to pay for the return. I sent an email to them 2 times asking about my free returns I had paid for and never got a response. There is no phone number to call. I will never order anything from them again. They also go through the website SHOP. So I had to download that app to follow my order. Other pickleball friends have had similar problems so they don’t bother returning. Horrible business and their skirts are low quality”
“I like the material and it fits good. However I didn't read the details very well, because the skirt doesn't have a pocket. Only the short part has a pocket. That's a deal breaker for me. I won't be buying from your company again.”
“Have many of your skorts. What has happened to your quality? Your shorts underneath were the best. Now they are short with way too much stretch.Very disappointing.

“Ordered one of their 17 inch skirts. Received it, and it was over 19 inches. Went to set up a return and learned they don’t refund. Only send you and substitute shirt or give you a store credit. Why would I want something else from them? No thanks. So I’m just out the money with a skirt I’ll have to donate to Goodwill.”
“I bought 1 item and it took about 1 month to get it. It was to small so I returned it and that took about 1 month to get the credit. I ordered another skort and that took over 1 month it receive it. All together the whole process took 3 months. When I questioned why it took so long to receive the items I was told that you oversold the items. Very poor planning by your company. It was funny how I would send a message to the company asking where is my order then magically it would come the next week. It almost felt like the order was lost in your system.”

“This has been the worst experience I’ve had at any online store. It took almost two months to receive my skort after several inquiries. When I did receive it it is so small I can barely force it on.
I returned the item and have not received my store credit yet.
I will not recommend this site to anyone.”

Returned for exchange. Now I have to pay double; once to receive new item, and then to return mismarked item. Based on this, I will not be ordering from Dona Jo in the future.”
“I am very disappointed in the skorts I've purchased...3! I'm usually a small/size 6-8. I squeezed into a small, ok reorder up. The medium was not cut much bigger than the small. I exchanged for a large. The large fits ok but again, it doesn't fit correctly. The shorts want to hike up and the waist is very uncomfortable. Now I'm stuck with 3 skorts that I choose not to wear bc when I run I want comfort not constriction.”
