“Ordered 2 skirts, got 1 charged for 2. Find out one of the skirts was a”preorder”. I asked the purchase, second email to them, they reimbursed me for the Preorder skirt.
I had no clue the skirt was a “preorder” item but I am happy they gave me my money back.”
“Received a black skirt instead of the printed skirt I ordered . All the skirts I've ordered here seem at least one size smaller than other brands I've bought in the same sizes.”
“I purchased a skort and the product was GREAT as usual. All Dona Jo products are better than anything you can buy. However there is NO customer service.
I sent three msgs advising if the skirt didn’t ship by a certain time frame (as the order took quite a long time ) I would no longer be at the address I provided and I would not be there to accept it. Needless to say never got a response ever. Fortunately it came in time before I left the area. It took approximately 3 weeks to receive. Not sure I would order directly from them again.”
“I placed my order on March 28 and received part of the order April 6 … and today is April 14th and I still haven’t heard anything about the remainder of the order… Nothing.
So how am I to review when I don’t have the clothes and I don’t even know when the items are showing up.

“I had bought 2 tanks awhile back. Although I expected the two I ordered to be the same, the fit was different. Skimpier around breast area, a bit shorter. Disappointed the fit was not the same as before.”
“The product itself is good BUT receiving your order is a nightmare! On every order, there has been a delay….if I didn’t follow up after a couple of weeks I would never know the status. If the product is not available, or there are problems with manufacturing, it should NOT be available to purchase. Additionally, not letting the customer know there are issues BEFORE they purchase is wrong. I would suggest reviewing this issue that has been ongoing & make the needed adjustments to your ordering process.”
“I love the pattern of my tennis skirt but the sizing is all wrong…. I am always a small or an extra small (depending on the company) but the skirt finally arrived and is very tight around the waist. I don’t want t the hassle of returning so I just hope it stretches out.”

“I ordered a skort that was on sale for $29.00. It took a while to receive it due to manufacturing issues. I’m glad I ordered a medium because it ran small. I always get a small. The colors& design pattern was pretty but the quality of the lining especially around the waist was flimsy. I have gotten other brands of skorts that were less expensive & better fit & quality. This product isn’t worth the regular price!”

“I really dislike that you cannot call the company to talk to someone. They do tend to answer your emails relatively quickly. However, something that just happened. Was that I was returning two items which should’ve been able to go into the same box but I had to do two separate returns and one of them they sent through FedEx and the other through UPS and it is a huge inconvenience to me.
I also feel that they should have more styles available for the 17 inch escort. I understand that the 14 inch court is a more popular item but I think only two styles for the 17 inch could be improved. I’ve also found it very difficult to find where I would go to find out and apply my credits and or points to an order. It is not obvious.”
“Disappointed that they changed their Jojo skirts. They added a seam on top with compression, so now it kind of cuts into the skin and is constantly rolling down. I but the Jojo skirts for the smooth top waistband, but now it’s not the same.
Their old style however gets 5 stars from me. The new, I won’t be a loyal customer anymore.”
