“I gave the company 3 stars because of their website and customer service. Sometimes I need to call by phone and there is no way to do this. Also, they run out of items iin Medium Size too often.
Their is no way to see under my Account, exactly what I have ordered, but is pending shipment. As a result, I have ordered duplicates of items and have to return at least one item. Backorders should be easy to find with photos of the items.
Also, there is no way to match tops with skirts except by going back and forth and guessing that there is at least one color match. The website should show tops tht will match the skirts and vice versa.
Dona Jo requires a better webmaster.”
“I recently ordered a skort from DonaJo. It was the first time I ordered from this company. Usually I purchase my skorts from Athleta, Title Nine or IBKUL. I always wear a medium. Once the skort fimally arrived, ( I pre-ordered it), I was shocked at the size of the waist on this skort. I ordered a medium and the waistband measure a small bit over 12", which would mean a circumference of 24". What company sells a size medium with a waist that small? And yes, I am aware the waistband stretches, but the skort was not even close to being a medium. I returned it. :(”
“Very nice material and loved the pattern. Unfortunately the large was really tight on me. I wear a 30/32 in jeans so most larges fit well. Not these. Then the return was difficult so I wound up giving the skort away.”
“I ordered 2 of their breathe tanks, which are supposed to have "support" for the girls. These have less support than my middle school training bra. There is an internal shelf type of bra, but nothing suitable for playing a sport of any kind. I would not even read a book in one of these tops. Then, on top of that the tank has these cute thin straps so it is impossible to wear any kind of sports bra under the tank because you will have about 12 different straps hanging out. For a brand that is for women they need to do better.”

Not exchange a small for a medium - their sizing has changed from the size 1. & 2 so guessing at what will fit - I’m 124# & small recommended by their size guide - it just seems very tight in pulling up waist over hips”
“This is my second and third Donajo skort. Although I love the print and patterns that Donajo offers - the fit is not a good fit. They always feel like they are falling down because the waist band isn't sized to match the rest of the skirt. I live in a pickleball community and can tell you that numerous other friends share this same comment with me.”

“I love the color and it matches the skirt perfectly. (sorry don't remember the name.) I am a size 4/6 and will keep the small. It fits perfectly in the top and gets billowy at the bottom. I wish it had more of an Athleta fit, but worth keeping because it matches.”
