“I was so excited to get this skirt, I have 5 other skirts from Donajo including the jojo skirts and a Shakira, I love them, the style and color are perfect on this soar adapt skirt, the fabric is awful, it’s way to thin, doesn’t stay in place like the old fabric, no compression at all, the fabric is so thin when you put your phone in the pocket it pulls the skirt down. So sad, these were my absolute favorite workout skirts but I will not purchase anymore due to fabric change.”
Hi Jenny! You are referring to our new Soar Adapt Skirt, which is made with a lighterweight fabric. If you do not like it, you are still able to find our regular Soar Skirts on the website which are being made with the same material as always with the thicker fabric.

“Skort I ordered was on sale yet took 2 months to arrive. Customer service only updated me when I emailed them that they were having manufacturing issues. Why have a product on sale if you don’t have it in stock. Normally I wear a medium and the medium is sized like a small. I will end up giving to a friend instead of trying to return. Will not buy here again.”

“I recently received 3 out of 4 items. The black skirt was defective with the ruffle in the front. I tried it on and was disappointed. The blue dress was adorable but one size too small. The zebra skirt with lime green, I didn’t care for. I’m still waiting on my last skirt so I can send them back for a one time free return.”
“Product doesn't run true to size. I followed sizing chart and the skort is too small. Couldn't return for full credit due to this item being on sale when I bought it. I will not be purchasing from this company again. I made this one purchase to give them a try and they failed.”
“Customer service was slow. The order took over a month to be completed. All the sizes ran small. I am normally a medium top in Nike, Adidas, and Fila. I had to take a large top with Donajo. The skirt ran tight and the design was too flared and squat. The model looked much better in the design of the skirt than what the actual skirt looked like. I was very disappointed with the overall shopping experience.”
“The compression shorts are very snug, so I suggest you go up at least one size The fabrics are nice and the shirt hangs nicely I had a problem with part of my order taking over a month to arrive and one piece was the wrong fabric I am still trying to process the return They respond promptly to emails, but I feel like the ordering/shipping process needs work”

Sent the Medium back via UPS. Got a confirmation that Donajo received my return. Still waiting for the exhchange of a Large size to ship.
Pros: the Medium I received seems to be very well made. I like the design of the skirt.
Cons: Wish the shipping of items was faster. Does your size chart properly match the cut of the skirts? Was very surprised a Medium did not fit.

“I really wanted to talk with someone about a return and an exchange. I couldn’t figure out how to maneuver the web site. I did do a return and ordered the skort again at the end of April. I’m now trying to figure out where my current order is. I don’t think anything has been done for that order.

“Quality and customer service are very good. Sizing is not true to website. Skirts are at least a few inches longer than pictured. I ordered a 14”. When I tried it on, it looked really long. It measures 16” (if you don’t include the waistband it’s closer to 14”) Models are not your average athlete / female. We are not 5’10” weighing under 120 lbs. So just be aware of the sizing inconsistency when you order. If you’re an average 5’4” female athlete, this will be long and not flattering.”
“Ever since my first order, the sizing of garments has not been the same.
My first order was a L, I ordered 3 times after that and all garments were smaller in size. This is frustrating, I kept one hoping to size down, another I returned and am waiting on my credit. The 3rd I sold to a friend.
My last order took more than a month, I had to keep asking about it, I was never notified by Dona Jo about why it was delayed until I asked and was told it was out of stock. My credit card was charged and I had to pay for the item before I even received it. It was too small, I returned it and am waiting for a credit to reorder.
I do like the designs and fabrics, but it's really a problem when sizes seem inconsistent and orders take more than a month.”
