“The skort is very pretty and fits well. I ordered a 17” and would get a shorter length if I buy again. I was VERY disappointed that it took over a month and a half to receive the skort. I was told, when I emailed, that the item I had purchased was a “preorder” which can take longer. That may have been so, but it took much too long to receive.”
“I’ve had great service in the past, but not with my last shipment. It took several weeks for my skirt to arrive. I emailed numerous times to inquire about my order with no response. Better communication is needed about back ordered items and shipping delays.”

“While the skorts are always cute, the fit isn't great. They really are too short waisted and the waistband isn't tight enough to hold in place. Which causes constant tugging to keep them up. The inseam of the shorts is about 1.5-2 inches too short and the legs are too tight. I've worn this brand for years. I'm guessing I've purchased 25 to 30 pairs of leggings and skorts. The first few years they fit perfectly but it's been a few years since they fit right. I keep taking my old ones to my seamstress to do repairs because I love them so much. Keep hoping that you'll get it right again someday. Hopefully someone actually reads this and works on quality control.”
“I have ordered their stuff for years, but the inconsistency of the fabric and sizing is frustrating, to say the least. I’m generally a S/M but have to order a large in the tanks. Then I order a L in a short-sleeved top and I’m swimming in it. I have ordered multiples of the same top and sometimes the fabric is thin and flimsy and sometimes more substantial. Makes it hard to keep ordering when you never know what you’re going to get. I have reached out to customer support for clarification on the fabrics, but don’t ever seem to get a clear answer.”
“Love the skirts, not at all impressed with customer service. I ordered two skirts on sale on 6/14/26. Was charged for both. Only one was shipped (which I do love!!), but they cannot tell me when to expect the other. First response I got to my initial inquiry was that I had "pre-ordered" the skirt, which I did not -- it was on sale! After my next inquiry, they said they'd send when it is re-stocked, but they have no idea when that might be. I never got a message about the skirt being out of stock. So 3 weeks later, I'm stuck with a full charge to my card, but only half my order. Retailers are not supposed to charge for items not shipped! Not at all impressed. But I DO love the skirt. Do better, Donajo!”
“I love my skirt! Fits well and I love the color! The only thing is it took almost 2 months before I received it. I did complete a form online to custumer service and they responsed quickley. I received my skirt two weeks after I completed the form.”
“The skirts are nice quality but run small. I generally wear medium but require large in this style. The waistband rolls horribly so it needs to be redesigned with better quality materials! Customer service is horrendous and it takes FOREVER to get your order!!”

“Bought both the court skirt and the flirty skirt. Can’t say I cared for the material on either one. Both were thick and not very comfortable - too hot to wear in the summer playing pickelball outside. Also be careful when buying an item on sale - probably my fault for not looking at the return policy close enough, but many sale items are only exchangeable and not refundable.”
