“I really dislike that you cannot call the company to talk to someone. They do tend to answer your emails relatively quickly. However, something that just happened. Was that I was returning two items which should’ve been able to go into the same box but I had to do two separate returns and one of them they sent through FedEx and the other through UPS and it is a huge inconvenience to me.
I also feel that they should have more styles available for the 17 inch escort. I understand that the 14 inch court is a more popular item but I think only two styles for the 17 inch could be improved. I’ve also found it very difficult to find where I would go to find out and apply my credits and or points to an order. It is not obvious.”
“Disappointed that they changed their Jojo skirts. They added a seam on top with compression, so now it kind of cuts into the skin and is constantly rolling down. I but the Jojo skirts for the smooth top waistband, but now it’s not the same.
Their old style however gets 5 stars from me. The new, I won’t be a loyal customer anymore.”

“I absolutely love the colors and design of both the pickleball skirt and top I ordered, but the sizes were a surprise! I always wear a medium but could barely squeeze into either one :( I exchanged both for a large and when they arrived, they still feel a bit too small. The quality is great and they're really cute, but unless I lose 5-10 pounds they won't get much use...”
“Recently ordered 2 skorts and 1 was delivered but never received the other, or heard anything about it until I contacted them. They did answer my email but just makes me hesitant to order again, especially with price? Wonder if I would have received if I didn’t keep track of everything and contact them first?”
“Took a while to get here, which tells me it’s from out of the country. Also, it is unusually tight/snug, which also tells me it is crafted by people more petite than most Americans. Otherwise, it’s a beautiful skirt.”
“Wildly disappointed with Dona Jo these days. I used to loved their clothing and customer service but something has changed. I recently placed an order for 5 items and only received 1 so far with zero communication regarding when the remaining items will be shipped.”
“The product is excellent but I ordered it in late Hanuary and finally received it last week. I contacted DonaJo regarding this situation several weeks before the item finally arrived. I believe the issue was something about the factory creating the order. I should have been contacted about the issue with an explanation as to when the item would likely arrive but heard nothing until I reached out. Very disappointing.”
