“I really dislike that you cannot call the company to talk to someone. They do tend to answer your emails relatively quickly. However, something that just happened. Was that I was returning two items which should’ve been able to go into the same box but I had to do two separate returns and one of them they sent through FedEx and the other through UPS and it is a huge inconvenience to me.
I also feel that they should have more styles available for the 17 inch escort. I understand that the 14 inch court is a more popular item but I think only two styles for the 17 inch could be improved. I’ve also found it very difficult to find where I would go to find out and apply my credits and or points to an order. It is not obvious.”
“It was my first purchase. After 5 days of not hearing about shipment, I contacted Dona Jo and was told there was a manufacturers problem and should arrive within 2 weeks. Dona Jo should have contacted me not the other way around; and in the end, it took almost a month to receive the item. So I wasn't very happy. On a positive note, I have to say my messages were responded to quickly and politely.”

“I love DonaJo skirts. I wish you would offer the JoJo skirt in a 16” or 17” length. I also wish ALL styles had bottom entry ball pockets on the shorts, capris or leggings.
I have found the compression shorts do not have the same quality is they had a few years ago.”
“Absolutely love Donajo skorts, which I use for pickleball. The 17" length is my preference since I prefer more coverup and modesty. Fun colors and patterns. I personally just can't afford them, so have to wait for a really good clearance sale. Wish they were more affordable so I could buy more!”
“Disappointed that they changed their Jojo skirts. They added a seam on top with compression, so now it kind of cuts into the skin and is constantly rolling down. I but the Jojo skirts for the smooth top waistband, but now it’s not the same.
Their old style however gets 5 stars from me. The new, I won’t be a loyal customer anymore.”
