“I was so excited to get this skirt, I have 5 other skirts from Donajo including the jojo skirts and a Shakira, I love them, the style and color are perfect on this soar adapt skirt, the fabric is awful, it’s way to thin, doesn’t stay in place like the old fabric, no compression at all, the fabric is so thin when you put your phone in the pocket it pulls the skirt down. So sad, these were my absolute favorite workout skirts but I will not purchase anymore due to fabric change.”
Hi Jenny! You are referring to our new Soar Adapt Skirt, which is made with a lighterweight fabric. If you do not like it, you are still able to find our regular Soar Skirts on the website which are being made with the same material as always with the thicker fabric.

“Skort I ordered was on sale yet took 2 months to arrive. Customer service only updated me when I emailed them that they were having manufacturing issues. Why have a product on sale if you don’t have it in stock. Normally I wear a medium and the medium is sized like a small. I will end up giving to a friend instead of trying to return. “I like your product very much. Your customer service is very poor. When I returned 2 tops from my first order in many years that is when the problem began. I received no notification that you received the return. I had to reach out to you after several weeks to verify you had received them. You did respond the same day to say you had received them and would be processing soon. I did receive the credit for the one top after that but I waited several more weeks for the exchange and after hearing nothing from you I requested a credit rather than exchange. I was tired of dealing with it. If the exchange had fit properly I was going to order several more colors but it’s just too difficult.”

“I have sent 3 emails regarding order 410009 with no response. I only received one skort that I ordered for my wife and the Charlotte skort has never been delivered and no information has been provided by your customer service. I ordered and paid for two skorts on May 16, 2026.
I will contact my credit card company this week to contest the charge. I do not understand the lack of a response.”

Hi Joan! Final sale items can only be returned for a store credit, this information can be found in our return policy on the website. Since you paid the extra free for free retuns at checkout, you'd get a free return label. The $17 to return is only if you select the pick up at your doorstep return method, which is a special service offered by Fedex. Thank you!
“Ordered 2 skirts, received one 2 weeks later. When I requested an update on the second skirt response was that it was a “pre-order”. Skirt was marked as a clearance item. The second skirt still hasn’t arrived, 3.5 weeks after ordering. Have requested a cancellation and refund on second skirt. Why would a clearance item be on a 4-week preorder?
Hopefully, I haven’t been scammed out of my money. Waiting to see.”

“I will never order anything form Donajo again. I ordered a skirt from the website. The description said "in stock and ready to ship." I reached out around 2 weeks later (only access to Donajo is thru email???) I was then informed that the skirt was not even available for another 2-6 weeks. I mentioned the "in stock and ready to ship" part, but no response to that. When my skirt arrived 6-8 weeks after I ordered it I was not impressed. It was a print, so I know that the skirts may look a little different based where the material is cut. Online is was purple-ish with some yellow, my skirt is yellow with some purple. Had I seen a photo of the skirt I received I would have never ordered it. I haven't worn it because I thought I might return it, but after the customer service I had received I just don't think I want to go thru the hassel. I have ordered skirts thru large tennis suppliers, and smaller companies - I have never had an experience as bad as I have with Donajo.”
“The large I received was smaller than larges I ordered in the past. When my team selected Donna Jo I warned them that your sizes ran small. You need to look at your sizing otherwise I love your skirts.”
