“It took longer than I would have wanted for an exchange to take place which was after an even longer wait for the initial order. Somehow I missed that I couldn't get refunded and could only exchange my skorts. Not the biggest fan of the product's interior material. Feels heavy compared to other brands.”
“Customer Service was excellent. The replied promptly and always answered my questions. The sizing didn't quite work out for me so I had to return two skirs. The JoJo appears to be made for a "younger" body. At 61 and 142 lbs, my measurements fit the medium perfectly; however, the skirt was "very" tight in my hips. The JoJo large still didn't fit that well as the waist was to big. I tried the court large skirt and that worked, though honestly, I think I could have used a bit more room in the thighs. I think the reason is the shorts with the skirt are not as "elasticity" as other tennis skirts. I bought the charlotte and just loved the colors in the skirt.”
“While I love Donajo skorts, my low rating of the company is due to poor customer service. I recently purchased two skorts and also paid extra for what was promoted as "FREE RETURN." When I did need to return one of the skorts, I had to pay an additional $5.95 "RESTOCKING FEE." I questioned this and was told the FREE RETURN fee only covered postage. If that is the case, it should be promoted as FREE POSTAGE FOR RETURNS. It is misleading.”
“I’m very disappointed with my experience with Donna Jo Skirts.
The first skirt I ordered was on backorder, and I understood that it would take longer to receive. However, it took almost two months to arrive. What was especially disappointing was that when I wanted to return it, I discovered that I could not receive a refund and was only offered store credit. Nowhere on the website, that I could find when placing my order, was it clearly stated that this item could not be returned for a refund. I found that very disappointing and frustrating.
The second skirt I ordered was not on backorder, yet it still took approximately a month and a half to arrive. There were no meaningful updates on the website, no useful tracking information, and the third-party tracking provided was essentially useless. I sent a couple of emails to Donna Jo customer service and received no response.
The sizing was also very inconsistent. The first skirt was the correct size, although I ultimately felt the fit wasn’t right. I exchanged it for another skirt in exactly the same size, but the measurements were completely different. The inconsistency in sizing made it very difficult to know what size to order.
To make matters worse, I still have not received the refund for the second skirt.
Overall, I expected a much better experience, especially considering the price of the skirts. The extremely long shipping times, lack of communication, unclear return policy, store-credit-only resolution, inconsistent sizing, and delayed refund have left me very disappointed. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not order from Donna Jo Skirts again.”

“The brightly colored Ultimate skort fits perfectly, but the Classic solid black (same size) is significantly smaller. Almost a whole size smaller. If I’d only ordered the brightly colored one, my rating would be higher. It took about 6 days for delivery.”
