“I have not received part of my order, the skirt I ordered has never been shipped but I was charged for it. Also, the top I received is a size medium and I ordered a large.”
“I ordered a skort and it was so very tight, it felt like wearing a bathing suit instead of a skirt. It was not at all true to size, I am petite and usually wear a small but this was extremely small. Their website says “easy returns” but guess what, they don’t allow refunds. I tried to contact support and after several attempts, they finally responded and said you can return the item but they won’t give your money back. What’s crazy is they even charge $1.89 for “free returns”, unbelievable! I didn’t like their skirt and I would not recommend this company.”
Hi! Your item was final sale so it only qualifes for a store credit. If it wasn't a final sale item, you'd qualify for a refund. The $1.89 fee is for unlimited free return labels and insurance in case something happens with the package. The style you ordered, Court Skirt, has a compression waistband so I'd suggest a different style, we have many options. Thank you.
“Love the clothing! Well made, fun patterns and cute styles. The tops are also well made and are interchangeable with the skirts. The one thing you want to keep in mind is that the skirts and tops run smaller than the size charts indicates. I typically wear a M skirt and L top and had to exchange my outfits for a L skirt and XL top. Just note the size when ordering and you’ll love your purchase! I get a lot of compliments on them.”
“While I really like your products, I am a true Medium and I have found that your products are smaller, such as a Medium, is definitely a Small. So I am exchanging for a large and hoping that will work.

Hi! You ordered this item as pre-order, pre-orders can take 4 weeks to ship. It was delivered to you before the 4 weeks mark. Since the skirt was a final sale item, it only qualifed for a store credit. The $1.89 extra fee is non refundable, that is why you are seeing a difference between what you paid on the order and the store credit received. Thank you.
“I love my Dona Jo skorts, but the shipping is extremely slow! It took over a month for one I ordered in April and am still waiying for arrival of another. I have told my friends and they have ordered and wondered if the skort was actually ever going to arrive. I love the material and adorable styles but you have got to get the shipments out faster!”

“Products are awesome. I love my court skirts. The shipping time is terrible and makes me not want to order from Dona Jo anymore. This particular skirt came in 2 1/2 weeks, but it is only one of three in the order. The other 2, they called pre-order and I understand that that will take longer. I am still waiting for one that I ordered seven weeks ago that hasn’t yet been shipped. .They keep repeatedly telling me it will ship in 2 weeks. It was NOT listed as a pre-order skirt. I They charge your card immediately on placing the order and then hold your money for months while you wait. I’m afraid summer will be over before I get all the skirts I’ve ordered. Do better, Dona Jo.

“The compression shorts are very snug, so I suggest you go up at least one size The fabrics are nice and the shirt hangs nicely I had a problem with part of my order taking over a month to arrive and one piece was the wrong fabric I am still trying to process the return They respond promptly to emails, but I feel like the ordering/shipping process needs work”
